Goat’s Milk Oatmeal Silk And Honey Soap

This is a soap with many skin friendly ingredients added to my basic recipe.
I added silk into the lye so that is dissolves into the soap, it adds, incredibly enough, a silky feeling to the soap.
Goat’s milk from Green Barn Farm on Isle Of Wight, this adds extra fats to the oils already used in the soap making process, this in turn adds a creaminess to the lather produced with this soap.
Oatmeal is added because of its well-known skin soothing properties.
Honey has been added because of its well-known humectant properties, the sugars work to add more bubbles too.
I developed this soap to help a friend with an issue and loved the final product and so I kept making it.
There are no colours or fragrance in this soap.
All soaps are individually priced, however if you buy 4 or more they will be reduced by £1 each.

This was my first time buying from soaperlative.co.uk and I could NOT be happier. For context, I have incredibly dry, acne-prone skin, and moisturising often leaves my skin still dry and slightly irritated. After using this soap for the third day in a row- I’m amazed. My skin feels incredibly nourished to the point I haven’t needed to moisturise, and it hasn’t irritated or broke my skin out at all. It feels incredibly silky on my skin- it kind of feels like a mini luxury experience rather than just washing with soap! I would highly, highly recommend for anyone with dry skin. This product is an absolute life saver for a very reasonable price! I have been using it for the past few days and my face has felt so much cleaner and fresh.
